You have 15 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Vint & York eyewear is right for you. If not, you can return it for a refund - no hard feelings.

Sale Policy

• During the holiday season 2025 (November 20th - January 31), items discounted over 30% (up to 49%) are still returnable.
  
  
• Items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  
  

Lens Policy

Please note that glasses fitted with custom or upgraded lenses—including blue light, ultra-thin (1.74), photochromic, progressive, RX sun, polarized, bifocal, or digital custom lenses are not returnable.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  
  
• Gift cards and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  
• If you’d like us to provide a return shipping label, just ask. Shipping Fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost.
  

Condition & Timing

• Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your return authorization.
  
  
• All items must be in original condition with complete packaging (case, cloth, and any inserts).

Restocking Fee / Excessive Returns

To ensure pricing stability and fairness to all customers, a 15% restocking fee will apply when a customer returns four (4) or more items - whether these items were purchased in a single order or across multiple orders.

This fee will also apply if a customer returns four (4) or more items within any 30-day period, regardless of how many separate orders the items were placed under.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
